The villa is situated above and away from the hustle and bustle of Kalkan Town but still only 5 minutes’ walk to the harbour, beach shops and numerous old town restaurants. The villas elevated position boasts spectacular panoramic sea views over Kalkan Bay and all bedrooms have balconies from which guests can enjoy this view.

The villa’s interior has been designed in a cool, contemporary Turkish style with marble floors and attractive interior natural stone walls. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything guests would expect from a luxury holiday home. The fully air-conditioned property is finished to an exceptionally high standard and is tastefully furnished throughout.

There are 5 steps down to the villa entrance and leading to spacious, open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortably furnished living and dining area. Equipped with hi-spec Bose music system and Sony TV. Sliding patio doors lead out onto the dining and swimming pool terraces. 

There is a shower room on this level with WC & hand basin. 

First Floor

A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor and the 3 bedrooms, all with contemporary en-suite shower rooms and sea view balconies. Two spacious double bedrooms provide ample storage space and are furnished with super king-sized beds. Both double bedrooms boast panoramic Mediterranean views. The third bedroom is a spacious twin bedded room with balcony and partial sea views.  

Roof Terrace

A private roof terrace completed new for the 2017 season and equipped with sunbeds, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, wine cooler. The perfect chill-out area for pre and post dinner cocktails! 

Outside

Beautiful private secluded freshwater pool and very spacious sunbathing area. The sun terrace is furnished with sun loungers, tables and comfortable rattan furniture. The covered dining terrace is a splendid spot for guests to dine alfresco by the pool side, and enjoy the stunning sea and mountain views.
