With five bedrooms and recently restored, Villa La Vie is situated in a great location  and offers breathtaking views of the town across Kalkan Bay, it only takes 10 minutes to old town! The property has a sizable, well-planned outside living area with two Jacuzzis, an infinity pool, plenty of sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor café and bar, table tennis and table football.
The facility has a fitness centre, gaming area, sauna, and hammam in addition to its trendy yet cosy decor.

Walking time to the Old Town and waterfront is only ten minutes. Just a short stroll away (five to six minutes) are some of Kalkan’s greatest beach clubs, including Palm Beach Club, Denizim Beach Club, and Zest Beach Club. 

The villa has undergone extremely high-quality redesign and renovations, making it nearly unrecognisable from its previous state. Completely air-conditioned, with every bedroom overlooking the sea and featuring black-out curtains. Every bedroom has a separate terrace that is stocked with cosy patio chairs and parasols.

Ground Floor:

At street level, a gate allows entry to the property grounds, which also have safe garage parking for one car. At the base of the stairs is a room equipped with weights, an elliptical cycle, a treadmill, an exercise bike, and pilates equipment for an effective workout. Access to the pool patio is via stairs. Another flight of steps descends to a games area on the far side of the terrace.

In this room you’ll find a TV, a PlayStation 4, a shower room, and games for cards and board. For some healthy rivalry, table football is also available.

First floor:

The fully integrated, well-equipped kitchen, complete with stylish units, quartz worktops with a breakfast bar and upholstered stools, is the focal point of the open-plan living area. It includes a built-in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, food processor, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, coffee maker and water cooler.

The huge wooden dining table, with adequate cushioned seats for ten guests, is located in front of the kitchen area.

The pool patio is accessible by floor to ceiling doors.

The cosy lounge area and the kitchen are divided by a feature stone wall. It features a large sofa that can accommodate six people, a cosy armchair, a coffee table, and a flat-screen Smart TV with two satellite networks and an extensive IPTV package that includes many international channels, sports channels, and English channels built into the wall. A French wood fireplace has been built into the stone wall.

There’s a seating room with two cosy chairs to sit in and take in the view across the corridor. A short hallway leads from this living space to the sauna room, which can accommodate four to six persons in a sitting position, and a guest bathroom. There’s also an 8kg washing and dryer on this floor.

The first bedroom on this floor is equipped with a double bed, matching bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity station with a magnifying make-up mirror, jewellery organisers, a hair dryer, a laundry basket, a luggage rack, a dryer rack, a safe, and floor to ceiling sliding doors that open to the pool terrace. This is the first of the five bedrooms. This room has an attached bathroom. For your convenience, there is a wall-mounted magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Second floor:

Three of the five bedrooms and the hammam are located on the first floor, which is accessed by a central staircase.
Bedroom 2: A king-size bedroom featuring an attached shower room and dressing area. For your convenience, there is a wall-mounted magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Bedroom 3: A pair of twin rooms featuring coordinating bedside tables, a laundry basket, a luggage rack, a dryer rack, a hairdryer, a magnifying makeup mirror, jewellery organisers, and a wardrobe containing a safe. Slide doors that open to a spacious, furnished terrace with views of the sea and a refreshing beverage are available. The twin room has a bathroom right across exclusively for their use.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom includes a twin-size foldable bed chair, a chest of drawers, a bedside bench, a vanity station with a magnifying make-up mirror, a hair dryer, jewellery organisers, a laundry basket, a luggage rack, and a dryer rack. It also has a queen-size bed with matching bedside tables. A large wardrobe and safe are located in a separate dressing area. There is also an attached shower room in this room. For your convenience, there is a wall-mounted magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Beside the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto the spacious, furnished terrace with views of the sea are a comfortable sofa and a table.

On this floor is also a Turkish hammam. The door leading to the twin room’s bathroom opens to the hammam.
This level includes a built-in outdoor infinity Jacuzzi that can accommodate 6–8 people. It has built-in ice buckets and can be heated upon request during the off-season (additional fees apply). Accessible from the front double bedroom or the external stairs rising from the pool terrace, this is a lovely area to take in the views of Kalkan Bay and the sea.

There are three different spots on the roof terrace where you can take in the scenery during the day and the stars at night. These spaces are equipped with enormous parasols and incredibly cosy outdoor furniture. One of the areas has table tennis. This terrace has a small garden at its back with cosy chairs and a table. It will usually be shaded, so you can read and take in the flowers.

Should you necessitate pool heating, the charge for the heating of two pools amounts to £400.
